We ship world wide

PRICES AND POSTAGE
Prices are in euro and they include Finnish tax 24% (VAT).

Postage and handling will be added automatically in all orders. We deliver via Priority mail. Orders are sent whitout tracking.
I ship only once a week so after the posting please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

International customers are responsible for their country's customs, taxes, duties and/or VAT fees.

Rk Design reserves the right to change the prices.

PAYMENT TERMS
We accept payments via Paypal.

RETURNS
If you´re not fully satisfied with our order, you may return purchased products within 14 days from the date on which you received them.
The returned products must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging.

Before sending any returns, contact us by email rkkauppa@gmail.com.

Rk Design don´t take responcipility about missing objects, please contact your post office. After we have received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, we will return the sum of the order.
Unfortunately, the cost of delivery cannot be refunded. We will refund delivery costs only if the product we have sent is incorrect or faulty.

Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.

TOIMITUSEHDOT

TUOTTEEN TILAAMINEN

Tuotteen tilaaminen on helppoa. Maksu tapahtuu Paypalin kautta ja voit maksaa tuotteen normaalisti tilauksen yhteydessä.

Voit siis maksaa tilauksen myös ilman, että sinun tarvitsee rekisteröityä Paypalin asiakkaaksi.

HINNAT JA POSTITU

Kaikki hinnat ovat ilmoitettu euroina ja tuotteet sisältävät alv.24%. Pakkaus ja postitus lisätään automaattisesti kaikkiin tilauksiin
. Riippuen tiluksesta toisinaan tilaus lähetetään kahdessa erillisessä pakkauksessa.
Tilaukset toimitetaan kirjeinä, maxikirjeinä tai paketteina, riippuen tilauksen koosta.

Lähetämme lähetykset viikon sisällä tilauksesta.
RK DESIGN pidättää oikeudet hintamuutoksiin.

PALAUTUKSET

Toivomme, että olet tyytyväinen RK DESIGN tuotteeseen, mutta jos et jostakin syystä ole tyytyväinen tilaukseen,

voit palauttaa tuotteen 14 päivän sisällä tuotteen vastaanottamisesta. Tuote tulee palauttaa alkuperäisessä kunnossa,

käyttämättömänä ja kaikki alkuperäiset laput kiinnitettyinä. Tilaaja vastaa tuotteen palautuksesta.

RK DESIGN ei vastaa hävinneistää toimituksista vaan tilaajan on otettava yhteys postiin. RK DESIGN korvaa postituskulut siinä tapauksessa, jos tuote on väärä.

Rahat palautetaan tilaajalle, kun tuote on vastaaotettu, tarkastettu ja palautus täyttää yllä mainitut ehdot.
